I just wanted to let you all know that I am going
to be on vacation for the next couple of weeks and
will not be able to post the daily paintings during
that time...
When I get back things will be back to normal, well
as normal as they can be :0)

Pair of Zennias
I have a feeling that I will be painting quite
a few zennia paintings this summer as they are
one of my favorite flowers and there are two
rows of them in the garden...
I haven't had much time to paint these past few

because of Summer time and so much going on...
Hopefully things will calm down and I will

No Matter How You Slice It
Orange slices on bluish plate with pattern
linens. I'm from the Midwest, so the idea
that you could have an orange tree in your
back yard sounds heavenly to me. We do
have pecan trees though, if you can beat
the squirels to them :0)

today. Both of which are of the same subject.
I sometimes can't resist to paint several of
the same subject when I do these small studies,
because I haven't learned when to quit squeezing
out the paint. I usually have too much on my
palette when I finish with the small one.
